RiverOne Health & MedSpa Policies

At RiverOne Health & Med Spa, we are dedicated to creating an environment that offers the utmost care for your skin, hair, and body, nurturing your overall well-being—mind, body, and spirit. Our commitment is to make a meaningful difference in your life by providing top-notch service in a serene and positive atmosphere for our valued clients.

Your appointments hold great significance to our entire team. The time allocated for each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. While we understand that occasional schedule adjustments are necessary, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment modifications or cancellations.

All our policies are carefully crafted to enhance the experience of our guests and ensure the highest level of service for both our loyal and prospective clients. Please note that we do not offer refunds for gift cards, gift certificates, services, or any products.

Reservation Policy

To guarantee your preferred appointment slot, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible. To secure your reservation, we require a credit card at the time of booking. Alternatively, you can use Gift Certificates in place of a credit card. We treat this information with the utmost confidentiality and only make necessary charges to your account on your scheduled service date. Our cancellation policy details are provided below.

When scheduling your appointment, please inform our staff of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, it affects our ability to accommodate other clients on our waiting list who also require services.

We request that all our new and returning guests provide a credit card for our records. Rest assured that all card information is securely processed electronically and remains encrypted. Failure to provide adequate notice for adjustments and cancellations will result in the following fees charged to your card or billed to you:

  • Notification given at least 24 hours before your appointment: No charges.

  • Notification given less than 24 hours before your appointment: A flat rate charge of $40.

  • Failure to show up for your appointment: Full charge of the reserved service amount.

As previously mentioned, there are no refunds for gift cards, gift certificates, services, or products.

Check-In & Late Arrivals

We kindly request that you arrive 10-20 minutes before your appointment to ensure a seamless experience. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, the duration of your service may be adjusted to avoid disrupting the schedules of other guests. In such cases, the full price of the scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Please be aware that arriving late may necessitate a shortened treatment duration and full charges. In some cases, late arrivals may result in the cancellation of your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time. For spa services, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to use the restroom and complete any necessary paperwork.

Checking in late or arriving after your scheduled service time will reduce the time allocated for your treatment. In cases of extreme tardiness, your service may need to be canceled, with charges applying to the scheduled service time.

Personal Belongings & Cell Phone Use

For the safety of your belongings, we recommend leaving jewelry and valuable items at home, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

For spa services specifically, we kindly request that you switch your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival and maintain a "spa voice" while in the spa area. If you need to make a phone call, please inform your therapist so you can do so without disturbing fellow spa guests. Please note that cell phone use may impact the duration of your spa services.

Services & Promotion Policies

Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice, although we will make every effort to keep our clients informed of any changes. We encourage clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking appointments.

Our spa specials cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or third-party gift certificates. Gratuity is not included in the service or spa package price and is entirely at your discretion. You may choose to tip your provider directly or settle the gratuity upon check-out at the front desk using cash, check, or credit card. For parties of five or more, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the final bill.

Return Policy

Our mission is to provide you with high-quality skin and body care products to complement your services. If you purchase any of our spa products for home use and encounter any defects, we offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided you present a receipt. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, we will issue a spa credit that you can use for any other products or spa services available here at RiverOne Health & Med Spa.
